In collaboration with Maxis, we are in-charge to make appointment with Maxis subscriber for TV delivery and we provide in-home delivery service by helping subscribers to unbox and do checking on the TV. Besides, we also provide installation service to ease Maxis subscribers to find alternative installer.

In addition, we assist Maxis subscribers to solve their query and problem faced. Then, we manage the after-sales service of the TV for Maxis subscribers by assisting them to register the warranty and giving advice is there is any issue with the TV.

In collaboration with developers, we provide the redemption system for buyer to redeem after signing the SMP. Then, we provide in-home delivery for the goods and assists customer to solve their query and problem faced.

We are the exclusive partner appointed by Xiaomi to deliver MiTV nationwide in Malaysia. We deliver the TV that is sold by Xiaomi Dealers in retail store or online to the customer’s house and provide lite installation service and basic checking for the customers.

In collaboration with brands - Toshiba, Khind, V Commerce, TCL, Prism+ and others, we are appointed to fulfil the online official store orders for large appliances such as Washing Machine, Refrigerator and etc. We deliver the goods to our client’s customer house and provide lite installation service.
