Upper Floor Carry-Up Policy

At MTT, we are committed to providing seamless delivery services, including the option to carry
appliances up to upper floors without lift access. To ensure the safety of your home and our
						team,
please review the following terms and conditions for our Upper Floor Carry-Up service.

					Service Terms:

						-
							Use of Trolleys
Our delivery team reserves the right to use trolleys and other equipment as necessary to
transport your appliance safely. This is to ensure efficient handling and minimize the risk
of damage to the appliance or your property.
-
							Customer Responsibility for Protection
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that
appropriate protection for flooring and walls is in place before the delivery team carries
the appliance upstairs. Protective materials such as floor mats, wall padding, or corner
protectors are recommended to prevent any potential damage.
-
							Liability for Damages
MTT will not be liable for any damage to flooring, walls, or other parts of your property if
adequate protection is not provided by the customer. Our team will take care in handling the
appliance, but the absence of proper protection may increase the risk of damage.
-
							Accessibility and Safety
The stairway must be safe, accessible, and wide enough for our team to carry the appliance.
If the stairway is deemed unsafe or too narrow, MTT reserves the right to decline the
carry-up service to ensure the safety of both our team and your appliance.

Frequently Asked Questions:

						-
What kind of protection should I provide for my floors and walls?
We recommend floor mats or cardboard for flooring and wall padding or corner protectors to
safeguard the walls. If you're unsure, consult your building management for recommendations.
-
							Can MTT provide protective materials?
MTT does not provide protective materials as part of the service. Customers are required to
arrange for their own protection before delivery.
-
What if my stairway is too narrow or unsafe for carrying the
								appliance?
Our team will assess the stairway upon arrival. If it's deemed too narrow or unsafe, we may
be unable to carry the appliance upstairs. In such cases, our team will discuss alternative
							solutions with you.
